Here is exactly where your order sits in the process, and the two ways to check its live status.

Order placedYou get an order confirmation email straight away.
ProcessingTypically 1–2 business days while the order is prepared.
ShippedWe email you a tracking number as soon as it dispatches.
In transitUsually 5–12 business days, depending on destination.
DeliveredAnything damaged, wrong or missing? Tell us within 7 days.

Sign in with the email address you used at checkout to see your order, its fulfilment status and any tracking number we have for it.

Already have a tracking number?

Paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to look it up with the carrier.

Tracking can take 1–3 business days to show its first scan after dispatch. If nothing has updated after that, contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Enter your order number and email from your checkout confirmation, or use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email, to follow your package.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer, contact us and we'll look into it.
